50 days ago, we asked our friends at From Salt to Smoke of Cranborne, Dorset, to begin the ageing process on 12 incredible ex-dairy chateaubriands. These butchers are themselves a rare breed, offering beautiful high-welfare, ethical and sustainable meat from Dorset and Hampshire herds.
On 12th February, these cuts will be 60 days old and ready to go. We are now offering those who have booked a table that night the chance to preorder this one-off menu to share between two people. If this isn’t for you, fear not, our normal menu is available on the night!

Limited edition and normal menus can be served at the same table, e.g a table of four can preorder one limited-edition menu for two and the remaining two guests can order from the normal menu on the night.
