Slow Clay Workshop  – Pinch and Coil Workshop.

Thursday 12th June 2025, 10am-2.30pm (including Michelin Green-Star lunch!)

Join Katherine Roper in the mediative practice of pinching and coiling with clay in an outdoor workshop within the gardens.  Familiarise yourself with the clay body through pinching techniques and then move on to the ancient art of coiling, a practice used to create your own pots or sculptures.  There is no pressure to produce a finished piece as such, however if you are interested in keeping your creation, then there is the option to fire work off site.
